Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in executing elicitation techniques such as interviews, brainstorming, document analysis, prototyping etc.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, SPM, IRM, CSM, ITAM) and platform capabilities
• Build business-process diagrams reflect the current and to-be processes from stakeholders.  
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus group sessions, requirement reviews, product demos and manage stakeholder feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
• Strong documentation skills, including process mapping (Visio, Lucid chart) and requirements writing
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and project team to manage system requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for writing user stories.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Any modules)
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management best practices
• Experience gathering and translating reporting requirements for ServiceNow's reporting and analytics capabilities (e.g., Performance Analytics, native reports, dashboards)
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting RFP/RFS response efforts or public-sector procurement processes
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or advisory role
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) Or has technical understanding of the ServiceNow core platform capabilities.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

Job Description
The ServiceNow Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team, translating operational needs into functional requirements for the ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating requirements; supporting configuration and workflow design; and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business objectives across ITSM, SPM, IRM, CSM, ITAM or other ServiceNow modules in scope.
Responsibilities
• Follow project delivery timelines to felicitate requirements and create requirement documents.
• Prepare requirement supporting documents from use cases, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, requirement traceability and wireframes.  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and opinions with baseline project scope and coordinate with project team with potential changes during the development life cycle.  
• Develop understanding of Analysis and overall Process Re-engineering including business process modelling, capability gap assessment, and definition of solution approach and scope.
• Proactive mindset, leading meetings and controlling deliverables and timeline
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, prepare interview questionnaires, gather stakeholder requirements and prepare interview meeting notes for project documentation.
• Analyze current-state ("as-is") business processes and design future-state ("to-be") workflows optimized for the ServiceNow platform
• Partner with developers and system administrators to ensure configurations meet documented requirements
•Facilitate communication between business units, project management, and technical teams
•Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities within existing ServiceNow implementations
• Assist in the creation of RFP/RFS response materials, scope documents, and project deliverables as needed.
• Work in close collaboration with other teams including solution architects, development, testing and deployment.
• Present project requirements and assessment to all level of stakeholders and project executives on frequent basis.
