Systems Analyst

Title: Systems Analyst
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)
Pay range: $40/hr to $60/hr

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test, and support software applications and logic based on business and technical requirements.


• Analyze system requirements to integrate application components and manage operational data workflows cleanly and cost-effectively.


• Work across both the PI/data and OT/operations sides to connect field operational data with cloud and analytics tools.


• Support, modify, and troubleshoot controls, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.


• Work closely with outgoing team members to absorb institutional knowledge and support the OT Data Pipeline team.

Must-haves:

• Technical Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience coding with Python, SQL, and C#.


• Domain Experience: Background in oil & gas operations, including familiarity with plant environments or field equipment (e.g., compressors, turbines, boilers).


• Industrial & Controls Knowledge: Exposure to SCADA systems, protocols, and automation/PLC programming or I&E experience.


• Data & Cloud Acumen: Experience with cloud environments (such as Azure Cloud), data manipulation, or data science/reporting tools.


• Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of IT experience, an Associate's degree with 8+ years, or a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 5+ years.
