Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, define functional requirements, document processes, and support project delivery from requirements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to identify, gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

• Work closely with business teams, Product Owners, developers, and technical stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes.

• Conduct stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, interviews, and gap assessments to understand current and future-state processes.

• Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Convert business requirements into clear, actionable specifications that development and QA teams can effectively implement and validate.

• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement/grooming, daily discussions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Perform impact analysis, identify project risks, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities for process or system improvements.

• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams.

• Coordinate and support UAT planning, test execution, defect tracking, and business validation to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Track project requirements and delivery progress while providing clear status updates and communication to stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement and assist teams in implementing practical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve requirements-related issues and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Required Skills:

• Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering experience.

• Proficiency in business process analysis, modeling, and documentation.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.

• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with UAT planning, coordination, execution, and validation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
