This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the company's financial health by proactively managing account receivables. The Role • Manage daily collection efforts for a portfolio of customer accounts, prioritizing to maximize collection benefits. • Act as a liaison for customer resolution, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet collection goals while ensuring excellent customer service. • Identify and escalate significant credit risks or potential credit problems to management. • Investigate and resolve customer account errors, including billing and pricing discrepancies. • Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and service during collection activities. • Meticulously document all collection-related communications and follow-up actions. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven ability to problem-solve and research solutions effectively. • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and resource allocation. • Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. • Experience in commercial collections or managing an AR portfolio is preferred.
