They are seeking a motivated Collections Specialist to join their Business Support Center. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the company's financial health by proactively managing account receivables.
The Role
- Manage daily collection efforts for a portfolio of customer accounts, prioritizing to maximize collection benefits.
- Act as a liaison for customer resolution, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet collection goals while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Identify and escalate significant credit risks or potential credit problems to management.
- Investigate and resolve customer account errors, including billing and pricing discrepancies.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and service during collection activities.
- Meticulously document all collection-related communications and follow-up actions.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and research solutions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and resource allocation.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in commercial collections or managing an AR portfolio is preferred.
