Job description

Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: MOUNT LAUREL , NJ
  • Act as lead for the Program. Must have experience operating in a Scaled Agile framework. PMP, Agile, SCRUM Master certs are a plus.
  • Oversee all program planning and tracking
  • Lead portfolio-level planning and sequencing across releases, migration waves, and business domains.
  • Drive prioritization of work based on value, readiness, dependency constraints, and risk reduction.
  • Establish governance forums, decision pathways, and portfolio reporting that provide transparent visibility into delivery health, blockers, and critical dependencies.
  • Coordinate across business, technology, data, operations, testing, and control teams to ensure alignment on scope, timing, and execution readiness.
  • Manage interdependencies across migration tooling, reconciliation, routing, reporting, product conversion, customer impacts, operational readiness, and cutover activities.
  • Ensure that coexistence operating model decisions are translated into executable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with program leadership to escalate trade-offs, sequencing decisions, and risk issues early enough to protect delivery timelines and production stability.
  • Support Lean Portfolio Management disciplines, including intake governance, backlog alignment, milestone tracking, and continuous reprioritization based on enterprise objectives.
  • Provide delivery assurance by challenging gaps in readiness, identifying emerging execution risks, and driving corrective actions before issues materialize at cutover or production.
