Product Manager-ONSITE INTERVIEW

Job Title: Product Manager, Capital Markets
Work Location: Richardson, TX 
Duration: 6 month contract with option to extend 
Education/Experience Required:  5 to 7 years in product management, ideally on data, workflow, or AI-enabled products. CRE or financial services a plus, not required.
Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Own a product area within Capital Markets (Investment Properties, Debt & Structured Finance, or Loan Servicing), turning broker and business needs into shipped capabilities that move revenue, cycle time, and adoption.
• You sit between field producers, engineering and data teams, and senior stakeholders, and you are accountable for outcomes, not just delivery.
• Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, from problem definition through PRD, build, launch, and adoption.
• Translate messy broker workflows into clear requirements, and make the scope and tradeoff calls that keep teams moving.
• Partner with engineering, data, and UX to deliver, and with business leaders to align on priorities and measure impact.
• Drive adoption of core platforms and retire the offline tools and shadow workarounds they replace.

How we measure success: 

• Adoption and usage of your product area against target.
• Measurable efficiency or revenue impact (time to first offer, manual steps removed, deals touched).
• Roadmap predictability and stakeholder confidence in your area.

Skills & Qualifications :

• 5 to 7 years in product management, ideally on data, workflow, or AI-enabled products. CRE or financial services a plus, not required.
• Track record shipping products that changed a business metric, with the artifacts to show it (roadmaps, PRDs, adoption data).

Fluent across business and technical conversations, comfortable with data concepts, and able to hold your own with both brokers and engineers
