Pay Rate: $55-79, Based on experience

Description:

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead a strategic Master Data Governance (Simple MDG) initiative. This is a high-visibility program with executive sponsorship and significant cross-functional engagement across Business Technology, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, Store Operations, and Change Management. The initiative was recently presented to our executive steering committee and requires dedicated project leadership. 

Position Requirements

• Senior Project Manager experience leading enterprise technology implementations
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM/MDG), Data Governance, or ERP-related initiatives strongly preferred
• SAP implementation or integration experience preferred
• Experience managing cross-functional business and technology teams
• Strong executive communication and steering committee management skills
• Retail, supply chain, or distribution industry experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning and execution of the Simple MDG program
• Develop and manage the integrated project plan
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decision tracking
• Facilitate governance and steering committee meetings
• Drive testing, training, deployment, and hypercare readiness activities
• Provide regular executive-level status reporting
