Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
· 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
· Demonstrated leadership of hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs.
· Expertise in SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery coordination, change management, and enterprise IT operations.
· Proven ability to communicate clearly with executives, technical teams, and end‑users.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple vendors and cross‑functional teams.
· Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and standard OAG workflow tools.
Preferred Qualifications
· PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications.
· Experience with Texas state agencies.
· Prior experience supporting statewide IT.
· Experience organizing logistics for deployments exceeding 800+ devices.
