Technical Project Manager

·       7+ years of project management experience leading complex enterprise applications, ERP, modernization, integration, or business transformation initiatives.

·       Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional IT and business teams in matrixed environments.

·       Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, operational systems, application modernization, integration patterns, data migration, reporting, testing, and cutover planning.

·       Experience managing projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, legacy application modernization, Azure services, Power BI, or enterprise data platforms is highly desirable.

·       Proven ability to create executive-ready status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, project plans, dependency maps, and governance materials.

·       Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across executive leadership, business process owners, technical teams, vendors, and auditors.

·       Experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methods, including the ability to tailor execution practices to project needs.

·       Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
