Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience implementing project management systems and leading change management initiatives
• 8+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, with PMP or CSM certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with 15+ years of project management experience, including 10+ years supporting state.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with public health software implementations
• CompTIA A+ certification.
