Our client is looking for an Senior D365 Field Service Functional Consultant for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Senior D365 Field Service Functional Consultant

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consulting, with hands-on expertise in D365 CE and Field Service.
• Strong experience with D365 Field Service, including work orders, incident types, resource scheduling, inspections, mobile, security, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing applications.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Field Service Mobile, offline scenarios, and integrations with external applications and services.
• Domain experience in logistics, transportation, terminals, warehousing, manufacturing, or field operations.
• Experience with global or multi-site deployments and end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
• Strong skills in functional design, process discovery, fit-gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution validation.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
