Dynatrace SME
Exp: 12+yrs
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction now and in the future. The company will not sponsor employment visas for this role
• Tagging every asset in Dynatrace with an owner
• Automating more of our incident detection, routing, and response
• Reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents
Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Freshservice). If you have people who fit, please send us their profiles and rates.
