Technical Analyst with Labeling

Role : Technical Analyst with Labeling 
Location : Remote

• We need Technical Analyst support to work underneath the Product Owner and Program Manager and drive the detailed site-level requirements and technical analysis.
• The expectation is that these resources would support the program through the individual site cutovers, potentially for approximately 3–6 months per cutover/site depending on complexity.
• The Technical Analyst should be able to:
o Gather and document business and technical requirements
o Work directly with the manufacturing sites to understand the existing labeling environment
o Document current-state and future-state workflows
o Analyze labeling requirements across the sites and identify gaps or differences
o Support functional specifications and technical configuration requirements
o Work with Loftware/labeling technology and the associated site infrastructure
o Support activities such as port configuration, integration requirements, testing, cutover readiness, and issue resolution
o Partner closely with the Product Owner, implementation teams, vendors, and site resources
o Maintain traceability between requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment
o Support the transition through site deployment and stabilization
• Ideally, we would find analysts who already understand manufacturing labeling environments, rather than general business analysts who would need to learn the domain from scratch
