  • Contribute to UI technical documentation
  • Provide informal leadership, code reviews, and UI best practice guidance
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as UI Developer / Front End Engineer / UI/UX Developer
  • Strong experience with Figma (components, design systems)
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (responsive design, cross-browser compatibility)
  • Proficiency in Python for UI-adjacent work
  • Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Experience with Svelte / Smelte
  • API integration experience (REST/JSON)
  • Experience theming or branding existing tools/admin UIs (Open WebUI, LiteLLM, etc.)
  • Strong visual detail (spacing, typography, interaction)

  • Agile collaboration experience
  • Strong communication skills
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field

  • Graphic design skills (icons, layout)
  • Familiarity with design tokens and enterprise design systems
  • Accessibility experience (WCAG, ARIA, keyboard navigation)
  • Agile/Scrum and CI/CD experience
  • Craft leadership in UI quality and mentorship
  • Cross-functional collaboration (UX, Product, Engineering)
  • Strong problem solving in complex workflows
  • Clear documentation and communication
  • Portfolio required (production UI work preferred)
