Job Overview

 

Our client is seeking a Financial Representative X – Advanced to support the Division of Provider Operations. This role leads key projects, manages day-to-day operations, monitors vendor reporting, coordinates system changes, and provides operational and data support for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs. The position involves extensive work with healthcare IT systems and collaboration with internal teams, IT partners, providers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Support Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), Direct Care Worker Registry, and MMIS initiatives
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations and vendor reporting from Financial Management Services vendors
• Develop system documentation including Change Orders and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Participate in committees, workgroups, and project teams with IT business partners
• Analyze and interpret data across multiple IT applications and systems
• Communicate with providers, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding regulations, policies, and system processes
• Support ongoing initiatives related to the Community HealthChoices (CHC) program
• Resolve provider-related issues and recommend efficient processes and resource utilization

Required Skills

 

• Strong understanding of HCBS programs, provider operations, and related regulations
• Experience with complex IT systems and automated business processes
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Experience with system changes, testing, validation, and implementation
• Ability to develop or work with BRDs and Change Orders
• Strong project coordination and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PROMISe™, HCSIS, MMIS, EVV, or Direct Care Worker Registry
• Experience supporting Community HealthChoices (CHC) or HCBS programs
• Experience working with Financial Management Services vendors
• Background in healthcare, Medicaid, government, or public-sector operations
