The Role

• Serve as the frontline customer service associate, creating a welcoming environment and making a positive impression.
• Originate new accounts for commercial and consumer clients, recommending products and services based on needs.
• Handle teller transactions, including managing and balancing a cash drawer, and understanding vault, ATM, and cash procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service through lobby and phone interactions, resolving client issues and acting as a liaison with other departments.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance job knowledge and skills.
• Assist with branch opening and closing procedures, adhering to security protocols.
