The Role

• Serve as the bank's front-line customer service associate, creating a welcoming environment.
• Open new accounts for commercial and consumer clients, originating services and making product recommendations.
• Perform teller transactions, balance cash drawers, and adhere to dual control procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone, resolving issues and acting as a liaison between departments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in branch opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
