Roles & Responsibilities

Requirement gathering and business analysis support for the new AI-focused initiatives.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria for AI solution development teams.

Evaluate business processes and identify areas where AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation can deliver measurable value.

Perform feasibility assessments, business impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI estimation for AI initiatives.
