Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements and working closely with business, product, development, QA, and project teams.

• BRD, FRD, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications
• User stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Business process modeling and workflow analysis
• Gap analysis and impact analysis
• Data analysis and SQL
• Experience creating process flows, wireframes, and functional diagrams
• Strong UAT planning, test-case review, and defect management
• Experience working with developers, QA, Product Owners, and Project Managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with Power BI / Tableau
• API and integration requirements
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Cloud environments — AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, QA, and project managers.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support UAT, including test scenarios, validation, and defect resolution.
• Track requirements throughout the SDLC and maintain requirement traceability.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and requirements to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet documented business requirements.
