We’re looking for an
Orthopedic Sales Representative to partner with the Naples Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for assigned Arthrex products and services. What You’ll Do
Manage your assigned territory, accounts, and sales activities. Drive sales of orthopedic and sports medicine products. Build relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgery centers
. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce additional products.

Develop competitive sales strategies and targeted campaigns. Conduct product presentations and sales activities. Share customer and market feedback with management. Travel throughout
Collier County to support customers. Be available for occasional weekend work when needed. What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ year of Arthrex, Arthrex agency, or competitive sports medicine/orthopedic sales experience. Experience with arthroscopy, extremities, sports medicine, or orthopedic products
.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Microsoft Office proficiency;
Salesforce experience is a plus
