Licensed Sales Producer to join our team in Port St. Lucie.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented, personable, and ready to grow.
An active insurance license is preferred, but motivated candidates can obtain their license upon hire.
Bilingual candidates are a plus, but bilingual skills are not required.

What You'll Do
Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs. Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage. Prepare quotes and explain coverage options, discounts, and products. Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers. Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage. Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service. Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.

Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen your sales and insurance skills. What We're Looking For
Active insurance license preferred; must be willing to obtain a license upon hire. Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Coachable and eager to learn. Professional, dependable, and organized. Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
