What We Offer

Family oriented hours 1 evening until 7pm and every other Saturday 9am -1pm (with adjusted Winter hours)
5 day work week (includes day off when working a Saturday)

Responsibilities will include:
Handling the customer purchase from start to finish
Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives
Negotiating deals with customers
Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
Specific skills required:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but will train the right person
VinSolutions CRM familiarity a plus but will train
Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
Excellent communication and listening skills
Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
