Location: Primarily remote/ telework within the U.S.; may be required onsite at Government-designated facility in Bethesda, Maryland with at least 24-hour notice.
Duration: 1+ year
Job Description
Leads overall contract performance, staffing, quality, risk, reporting, SLA compliance, corrective actions, and CO/COR communication.
Qualifications / Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, business, public administration, management, or related field. Master's preferred
Relevant Experience
8-10+ years managing enterprise IT operations, service desk, or federal IT support contracts; experience managing 25+ staff preferred.
Technical Expertise
Contract management, SLA/AQL tracking, QCP, risk management, staffing, transition, performance reporting, ServiceNow reporting.
Certifications
PMP preferred; ITIL 4 Foundation strongly preferred; CSM/SAFe preferred.
