SAP EAM PM Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end project management for SAP EAM PM workstreams within a Utilities program

• Drive project planning, scope management, timelines, risks, issues and overall delivery governance

• Coordinate with functional architects, business SMEs, technical teams and integration partners

• Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, design sign offs and status reporting

• Ensure alignment across EAM PM, ISU, MM, CO, HR, GIS ESRI and Mobile Field Service teams

• Manage deliverables including blueprinting, functional design, testing cycles and cutover readiness

• Oversee vendor teams and ensure adherence to project methodology and quality standards

• Present updates to leadership and maintain strong communication with business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10 plus years of SAP project experience with at least 5 plus years managing SAP EAM PM projects

• Strong Utilities background across Electric, Gas or Water

• Solid understanding of SAP EAM PM processes including Technical Objects, Work Management, Preventive Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance

• Familiarity with Linear Asset Management and Compatibility Units

• Experience managing integrations with ISU, GIS ESRI, MM, CO, HR and mobile field service platforms

• Proven track record delivering SAP projects in complex enterprise environments

• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S4HANA Asset Management or SAP APM

• Prior experience managing multi vendor delivery teams

• PMP or equivalent certification
