The Role • Develop and nurture long-term advertising relationships within an assigned territory. • Meet and exceed sales objectives by employing professional sales techniques. • Target new businesses and service existing Lamar clients and competitors' clients. • Utilize company tools to identify prospects, prepare proposals, and conduct research. • Present advertising solutions to clients, showcasing marketing and sales expertise. • Participate in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows to stay current with industry trends. What You'll Need • Comfort with cold calling, both in-person and over the phone. • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate policies and procedures clearly. • Eagerness to learn new technology and systems. • Excellent time management and self-organization abilities. • Resilience and intrinsic motivation to overcome challenges and meet goals. • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
