Note: Need SAP Eight-Fold Technical person who can do Configuration, Integration with SAP Success factors

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Eightfold Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in configuration, data integration, data validation, testing and production support.
• The consultant will primarily support Eightfold rollouts, acquisitions and enhancements across Talent Intelligence, Recruiting and internal talent processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support the Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform.
• Support global rollout and acquisition implementations.
• Configure organizations, users, jobs and talent-related structures.
• Support employee/candidate/job data migration and validation.
• Perform data mapping between SuccessFactors and Eightfold.
• Validate inbound and outbound integrations.
• Analyze employee, candidate and requisition data.
• Support job ingestion and job data validation.
• Support talent profile and skills data validation.
• Perform SIT/UAT and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration and data issues.
• Coordinate with SuccessFactors and integration teams.
• Support production cutover and post-go-live validation.
• Prepare mapping documents, test scripts and configuration documentation.
• Support hypercare and stabilization activities.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of Eightfold implementation/configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Eightfold configuration and administration.
• Experience with employee, candidate and job data.
• Strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with HR system integrations.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integration is highly desirable.
• Experience with rollout/acquisition projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good Excel/data manipulation skills.
