Job Description

Join the engineering team building and operating a production semantic data platform. You will develop ontologies and data pipelines, deploy an RDF repository on Azure, create documented query endpoints, and implement testing and CI workflows for semantic data solutions supporting condition-based maintenance analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain an ontology engine and shared semantic repository.
  • Build data pipelines to load resolved data into the Azure repository alongside Databricks analytics.
  • Use containers and infrastructure as code to support portable deployments.
  • Develop documented, read-only query endpoints and measure query performance.
  • Version and test ontologies and mappings using SPARQL competency questions and SHACL conformance checks.
  • Implement CI workflows and document semantic platform solutions.
