Position: Business Analyst with Process Automation

Location: Remote

Work Hours: EMEA Time Zone(Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Process Automation experience and working knowledge of SAP. The consultant will work with business and SAP teams to understand existing processes, identify manual and repetitive activities, define automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Conduct business-process discovery workshops with business and SAP functional teams.

Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, process flows, business requirements, and functional requirements.

·       Identify manual, repetitive, high-volume, and error-prone activities suitable for automation.

·       Perform process-gap analysis and recommend automation and process-improvement opportunities.

·       Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.

·       Work with automation developers and technical teams to design and implement workflow/RPA solutions.

·       Understand SAP business processes and identify opportunities to automate activities involving SAP transactions, reports, master data, approvals, interfaces, or data entry.

·       Coordinate requirements, testing, UAT, issue resolution, and business sign-off.

·       Support integration discussions between SAP and automation platforms.

·       Prepare process documentation, automation opportunity assessments, and recommendations for future phases.

Required Experience

·       Strong Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops.

·       Hands-on experience with Process Automation, Workflow Automation, RPA, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.

·       Experience working with automation technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.

·       Working knowledge of SAP business processes and SAP transactions.

·       Ability to work closely with SAP functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.

·       Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process-flow diagrams, and UAT scenarios.

·       Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

·       Ability to quickly understand business processes and deliver results on time.
