Remote Seasonal Health Insurance Sales and Enrollment Agent

Qualfon seeks Remote Seasonal Health Insurance Sales and Enrollment Agents to support our mission-driven BPO team. In this role, you'll guide customers through health insurance options, explain plan benefits, and complete compliant enrollments using digital tools and CRM systems. You'll handle high-volume calls, protect sensitive data, and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with health insurance plan options and enrollment
• Explain plan benefits, coverage details, and eligibility in clear, compliant language
• Use CRM and enrollment platforms to accurately capture customer data and complete applications
• Follow CMS and carrier guidelines for quoting, comparing, and enrolling customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for enrollments, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Handle sensitive customer information in alignment with HIPAA and data security standards
• Collaborate with team leads and trainers to stay current on products, regulations, and processes
• Participate in remote training, coaching, and feedback sessions to improve performance
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to remote systems and enrollment tools
• Document all customer interactions and outcomes according to company and client requirements
