Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
  • Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) underwriting lifecycles, rules engines, and policy lifecycle management.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, JSON and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
  • Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
  • Ability to read and interpret JSON data structures
  • Experience with Airtable, CRM systems, or workflow platforms.
  • AI and Emerging Technology:
  • Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
  • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
  • Experience documenting AI requirements and use cases.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.
  • Experience evaluating AI outputs and measuring AI effectiveness.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance principles.
