General Manager, National AIM Operations

The General Manager, National AIM Operations oversees large-scale document imaging and archiving across ARC's AIM network. This role leads production standards, workflow optimization, quality control, and resourcing across sites, while partnering with sales and customers on scoping, scheduling, and execution. The manager reviews performance data, drives continuous process improvement, and ensures imaging technologies and practices align with national standards and deliver reliable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale scanning and archiving projects across AIM centers, branches, and customer sites.
• Establish and maintain best-practice production and quality-control standards for imaging operations.
• Optimize workflows, labor utilization, and resources using operational and production data.
• Partner with sales to scope projects, define technical solutions, costs, and timelines.
• Serve as operational point of contact for key customers, managing schedules, issues, and status updates.
• Coordinate activities across departments and locations to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
• Evaluate and align hardware and software acquisitions with national imaging standards.
