Role: AI Product Manager
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract-To-Hire
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong AI project experience to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of AI initiatives, the ability to manage multiple products or capabilities, and experience translating business and technical requirements into actionable product plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Own product roadmaps, backlog management, prioritization, and execution.
Gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable development plans.
Lead Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, Kanban boards, and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver product goals.
Manage multiple products, capabilities, or AI initiatives aligned with broader business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of Product Management and/or Product Ownership experience.
Strong technical understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and projects.
Proven experience in roadmap planning, backlog management, requirements gathering, and Agile execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS technology stack experience.
Experience managing multiple AI initiatives or a broader AI product portfolio.
Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
Agile/Scrum certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
