Position 1: Technical Project Manager (.NET and/or Python)

Local to CA are preferred

AMAT is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in application development using .NET and/or Python. The ideal candidate should have progressed from a hands-on development role into project management and have experience leading projects delivered through offshore development teams.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong application development background in .NET and/or Python
• Experience transitioning from a Developer/Technical Lead role to a Technical Project Manager
• Proven experience managing and delivering projects utilizing offshore development teams
• Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred

Position 2: Senior Technical Project Manager(.NET and/or Python)

AMAT is also looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in application development using .NET and/or Python and a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise application projects.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of IT experience with hands-on application development background
• Strong expertise in .NET and/or Python technologies
• Extensive experience managing complex application development and modernization projects
• Experience leading onsite and offshore delivery teams
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
