Experience Level: 10-15 years

Demonstrated experience and expertise in Microsoft products and services
Documentation experience with complex workflow diagrams
Ability to handle customer conversations and steer discussions.
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 consulting engagements.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Proven experience delivering remote consulting engagements.
• Proven experience developing project estimates and statements of work.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and hybrid identity.
• Deep technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange design, build, configure, update, deploy, and decommission of on-premise and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, authentication protocols, identity governance, Microsoft 365 security, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience performing Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant consolidations.
• Strong PowerShell automation skills.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Self-directed work style with strong time management, analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills. "
