Mid-Level Product Launch & Organizational Readiness Specialist - Healthcare Technology

Athenahealth seeks an Emerging Product Services Associate to support launch, adoption, and organizational readiness for innovative, cloud-based healthcare solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to analyze clinical workflows, coordinate go-live activities, and develop training and support materials. Responsibilities

• Support launch and adoption of emerging Athenahealth products and services for healthcare clients
• Coordinate organizational readiness activities across product, engineering, and client-facing teams
• Analyze clinical and operational workflows to identify product and process improvement opportunities
• Assist in developing and maintaining implementation playbooks, training materials, and support documentation
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to surface issues and enhancement needs
• Support change management, communication, and stakeholder alignment for new releases
• Use data and analytics to track success metrics and inform decision making
• Collaborate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
