Senior Organizational Development Manager - Workforce Planning

Brink's seeks an Org Design & Workforce Planning Lead for its Integration Management Office. In this role, you will architect future-state organizational structures, optimize spans and layers, and build workforce plans that align talent, capacity, and cost with our secure logistics and cash management strategy. You'll partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to execute integrations, manage headcount transitions, and deliver analytics, dashboards, and executive materials that support data-driven decisions in a mission-critical, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design for integration programs across Brink's operations
• Develop and manage workforce planning models and headcount forecasts
• Align roles, spans, and layers to support secure, efficient operations
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders on org changes
• Lead change management and communication for org transitions
• Define and track org and workforce KPIs and analytics
• Support talent deployment, redeployment, and restructuring efforts
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and labor requirements
• Facilitate workshops with leaders on future-state org design
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and decision materials
