Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Lead full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, commercial, finance, and corporate functions. Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting needs, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, support offers, and maintain accurate applicant tracking records. Build talent pipelines and apply company policy and applicable equal employment practices throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting searches from intake and job posting through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer support, and pre-employment follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruiting plans, interview steps, compensation expectations, and timelines.
• Source hourly production and professional or technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, schools, networks, and outreach.
• Conduct structured phone screens, prepare candidate summaries and recommendations, coordinate interviews, and follow up promptly.
• Maintain candidate and requisition records in ADP and other systems, and track open roles, aging, sourcing, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles and support workforce planning, recruiting events, referrals, and school or community partnerships.
