In this role as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
Personal Lines Insurance position. Experienced as a licensed insurance agent in Virginia with provable experience within an Independent Agency.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, assisting with policy-related questions and clarifications.

Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently.

Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by customers, striving to resolve them effectively and in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

Customer Education: Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.

Customer Focus: A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process and document information with precision.
