Real Estate Broker-Owner

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices seeks an experienced Real Estate Broker-Owner to lead and grow a high-performing office. In this role, you'll oversee brokerage operations, recruit and mentor agents, and drive sales production across residential and/or commercial portfolios. You'll set strategic goals, ensure legal and ethical compliance, and champion our client-focused, integrity-driven culture. Leverage national brand strength, technology, and marketing tools to expand market share, deepen local community relationships, and maximize profitability for both the brokerage and affiliated agents.
