Remote Sales Force Administrator

We are partnering with an established flooring organization to identify Commercial, Builder, and Multifamily Sales Representatives across multiple markets. Each representative will be responsible for a specific local market, with opportunities currently available in Baltimore, Indianapolis, Detroit, Chicago, Kansas City, Grand Rapids, St. This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business, expanding customer relationships, and driving growth within the assigned market. Candidates with established local relationships and an existing network or book of business are strongly preferred.
Develop new business within the assigned market and sales segment

• Grow relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts
• Prospect property managers, contractors, builders, developers, owners, architects, designers, and other decision-makers
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and account reviews
• Prepare and present proposals and flooring solutions
• Partner with estimating and operations teams to support accurate pricing and successful project execution
• Identify competitive opportunities and develop strategies to win new accounts
• Maintain strong customer relationships after the sale to drive repeat business
• Participate in industry events, networking, trade shows, and customer events

Successful B2B sales experience

• Flooring industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience in commercial flooring, multifamily/property management, homebuilding, construction, or building products highly desirable
• Established customer relationships or transferable book of business strongly preferred
• Proven history of developing and retaining customers
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of flooring products, installation, estimating, or project management is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable owning sales and margin goals
