What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing revenue, developing customer relationships, and expanding Prime Meats' market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of customer accounts while building long-term business relationships. Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. Grow sales volume, profitability, product penetration, and customer retention within assigned accounts. Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities and provide value-driven solutions. Promote Prime Meats' portfolio of premium protein products. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close profitable sales opportunities. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, opportunities, and account performance using CRM tools. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and performance expectations.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of
2 years of sales experience

Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the foodservice, wholesale distribution, meat, protein, or food industry.
Existing relationships within restaurants, supermarkets, butcher shops, distributors, or foodservice operators.
Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
