Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr

Job Overview:

The organization is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with Python experience to support microservice development, AI SDLC workflows, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using Angular (JavaScript), Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservice architecture, and Hazelcast (Distributed Cache).
• Hands-on experience in Python is required.
• AI SDLC: Spec Driven Design AI development experience and designing/developing reimagined workflows using Agentic orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB, including complex SQL, Stored Procedures, and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, self-driven, and a passion for innovation.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels.

Desired Skills:

• Good understanding of financial markets and various capital market asset classes, with a focus on Equity, Banking, or Financial industry project experience.
• Experience with Copilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency, and Agentic orchestration of business processes.
