Key Responsibilities

M&A IT Integration Leadership & Roadmap Mgmt.

o Drive end-to-end IT integration initiatives pre- and post-close (Stage 0 to Stage 2), leveraging IT Integration Playbooks to ensure consistency across all deals.
o Manage both standalone firm integrations and tuck-in integrations of smaller firms into larger standalone (tentpole) platforms.
o Develop and manage detailed IT integration project roadmaps, plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall deal strategy and pipeline.
o Conduct readiness assessments, road mapping workshops, integration scoping, and cutover planning to capture requirements, reduce risk, and accelerate value capture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Partner with Technology, MSPs, Finance, HR, Operations, and partner firm leadership to align IT integration milestones with broader business and operational objectives.
o Ensure systems (tax, audit, accounting, and advisory platforms) and supporting infrastructure are harmonized with technology standards.

Systems & Data Integration

o Oversee migrations, consolidations, and harmonization of IT infrastructure, applications, and data across firms.
o Ensure secure transfer of client and firm data in compliance with legal, audit, and security standards.

Governance & Reporting

o Apply structured integration lifecycle and governance methodologies to track progress, risks, and dependencies.
o Provide regular updates, executive dashboards, and board-level reporting on integration status, issues, and outcomes.
o Lead advanced research and analytics to support in-flight initiatives, pipeline-ready projects, and other high-priority integration activities, providing actionable insights that drive decision-making and execution.

Change Management & Adoption

o Drive communication, training, and adoption strategies across newly integrated firms to ensure smooth transitions.
o Champion cultural and process alignment, supporting firm leadership and staff through IT-related changes.

Continuous Improvement

o Identify opportunities to refine integration playbooks, enhance PMO tools, and improve integration speed and quality.
o Support the buildout of IT Integration Center of Excellence.
