Job Description
Duration: Long Duration
- Define technical requirements to support business requests.
- Lead the Technical Feasibility process.
- Assess integrations, dependencies, architecture impacts, complexity, effort estimates, risks, and compliance considerations.
- Coordinate solution design activities and support Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews.
- Develop high-level solution designs and impact assessments.
- Provide technical recommendations, capacity estimates, and feasibility guidance.
- Support demand qualification, approval, portfolio planning, and EPIC/user story creation.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, Demand Managers, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams to move demand from intake through execution.
- Strong experience in product ownership, technical analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading technical feasibility assessments and architecture discussions.
- ServiceNow platform knowledge is a strong plus, particularly around demand management, governance, and platform delivery.
