Senior Government Capture Manager - Defense Manufacturing

Saab is seeking a Capture Manager to lead strategic pursuits in our defense-focused manufacturing business. You will own the capture lifecycle for complex U.S. government and international opportunities, shaping win strategies, pricing, and teaming to secure high-impact programs. Partnering with engineering, finance, and program teams, you'll translate mission needs into competitive solutions, drive customer engagement, and ensure compliant, compelling proposals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy for key U.
• S. defense and manufacturing opportunities from qualification through award
• Develop and manage capture plans, win strategies, and competitive assessments for complex pursuits
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, legal, and operations to shape winning proposals
• Engage with government and prime contractor customers to understand requirements and position Saab solutions
• Analyze market, customer, and competitor data to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
• Define pricing, teaming, and solution approaches in partnership with business development and program teams
• Ensure compliance with U.
• S. government acquisition regulations and internal capture governance processes
• Prepare and deliver executive reviews, gate presentations, and bid/no-bid recommendations
• Support proposal development, including win themes, discriminators, and risk management plans
• Track capture performance metrics and continuously improve capture processes and tools
