Capture Manager - Defense Manufacturing

Saab seeks a Capture Manager to drive strategic pursuits in defense manufacturing. You will lead capture strategy from opportunity identification through award, shaping win themes, pricing approach, and partnership strategy for complex, high-value programs. Working with engineering, program management, and sales, you'll develop compliant, compelling proposals for air, land, naval, and civil systems. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture efforts for strategic defense manufacturing opportunities with government and international customers
• Analyze customer requirements, competitive landscape, and win themes to shape winning capture strategies
• Partner with sales, engineering, pricing, and program management to develop compelling, compliant proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, primes, and partners to support bids
• Develop capture plans, gate reviews, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with Saab processes
• Own pipeline visibility, forecasting, and metrics for assigned pursuits
• Support pricing, negotiation strategy, and business case development for major bids
• Ensure adherence to defense, export control, and compliance requirements in all capture activities
