Job Description
Required Qualifications
•    Approximately 5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, project management, or a related role.
•    Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and governance.
•    Experience managing project schedules, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
•    Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•    Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•    Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
•    Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience working in a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, PMO, or Project Manager capacity.
•    Experience supporting enterprise programs or multiple concurrent workstreams.
•    Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
•    Experience with UAT, change management, training, and implementation activities.
•    Experience preparing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
•    PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or Agile certification is a plus.
•    Experience working in a hybrid environment with onsite collaboration.
