Are you a seasoned Program Manager who excels at leading complex technology initiatives in secure, highly regulated environments?

We are seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise technology programs supporting a Federal Enclave environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with executive leadership, technical teams, cybersecurity professionals, and business stakeholders while driving high-impact initiatives critical to organizational success.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple enterprise technology initiatives from planning through execution.
• Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting and program updates.
• Drive accountability across project teams and vendors.
• Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technical leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience supporting Federal Enclave, FedRAMP, government, defense, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and security processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both executives and technical teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
• Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, or FISMA.
• Background supporting enterprise applications, infrastructure programs, cybersecurity initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
