Help Desk Support III (Contractor)

Pay Range: $16.60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and categorize 100-150 commercials daily across linear TV and digital platforms.
• Upload commercial content for the Sales team.
• Perform basic edits to linear content.
• Review X1-InGrid submissions.
• Render and upload Creative AI content.
• Respond to internal emails and support tickets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable with basic editing tools and content management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for responding to internal inquiries.
