Job description

Position:Senior Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA

Location: Middletown, PA
Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite 1 week per month

Contract: Long-term contract with annual extensions

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA enhancement and transformation program.

Mandatory Requirements:

PMP Certification (Must Have)

10+ years of Project Management experience.

Extensive SAP S/4HANA project management experience.

Strong enterprise ERP implementation and enhancement experience.

Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, governance, risk and dependency management.

Experience managing system integrators, vendors, and multiple concurrent workstreams.

Advanced Microsoft Project / Microsoft Project Online skills.

Experience with cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise SAP S/4HANA enhancement and optimization initiatives.

Manage multiple functional and technical workstreams.

Drive project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.

Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.

Oversee ERP functionality restoration, development enhancements, and system landscape improvements.

Support enterprise AI roadmap development.

Ensure adherence to PMO governance and project delivery standards.

Preferred Skills:

ServiceNow Idea, Project, and Demand modules.

ITIL/ITSM experience.

SAP ERP transformation and modernization initiatives.
